🌸 Monthi Feast Celebration at Kodangala Ward 🌸

The Monthi Feast Celebration was joyfully celebrated by the faithful of Kodangala Ward on 10th September 2026 at the residence of Mr. Felix D'Sa. The programme brought together ward members and guests in an atmosphere of faith, joy and fellowship.
The celebration began at 6:00 PM with a prayer led by Rev. Fr. Stephen Rodrigues. Around 70 people, including ward members and guests, gathered to celebrate this beautiful occasion. Rev. Fr. Stephen Rodrigues and Dn. Shawn Andrade were the chief guests for the celebration.
The programme commenced with a warm welcome, followed by a lovely welcome dance performed by the children, which added colour and joy to the evening.
As many children of the ward were celebrating their birthdays during the month of September, a special birthday cake was arranged. The children happily cut the cake, making the occasion even more memorable and joyful.
Several entertaining games, including Lucky Family and Balloon Games, were conducted for the participants. Dn. Shawn Andrade delivered a meaningful message about the significance and importance of the Monthi Feast.
Prizes were distributed to the children and others who won the various games. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Mrs. Anitha Mendonca.
The programme was efficiently and beautifully conducted by Mr. Maxim D'Sa. Food was served from 7:30 PM, and the celebration came to a happy conclusion at 8:30 PM.
The Monthi Feast celebration at Kodangala Ward was truly a beautiful evening filled with prayer, devotion, joy, unity and fellowship, creating many happy memories for everyone present.
